About Dr Morris

Educational Background
Dr Steven Morris completed his undergraduate training at Auckland Medical School in 1986. He trained in New Zealand as a specialist general physician before moving to the UK to undertake and complete his post-graduate endocrine fellowship at Wessex Health Board, Southampton, UK in 1997.
Academic Interests
He has helped pioneer indigenous diabetes care pathways in New Zealand. He is a former Director of Endocrinology at Frankston Hospital, Peninsula Health, allied with Monash Medical Centre. Former Director of Peninsula Endocrine Associates. He is part of a Sydney collaborative Sydney Insulin Pump and Endocrine Clinics which runs the largest private insulin pump service in Australia.
Clinical Interests
He has been actively sought by the Sydney community to assist men in best care and practice regarding hormone therapy and alternative or new treatments promoting his desire to provide a better model of direct care
Outside of Work
Steven enjoys the beauty of nature with active outdoors pursuits, travel and diverse cultural experiences including foreign language acquisition.
