“Consultations are provided on a direct payment basis (not Medicare-rebated). Payment is made securely at the time of booking. Fees are allocated according to time and tasks—such as medical advice, test interpretation, or a consultation. Not every service requires you to be present online in real time. If a longer or follow-up review is needed, this can be booked as additional time.”
